We provide a variety of classes for each level of development, for all ages. Classes are held year-round.

  • Lil’ Dragons (4-6 years old)

  • Kids Class (Children ages 7-11)

    Focused on the younger ages, this class teaches the basic forms and self-defense techniques.

  • Adult Class

    Open to all ranks, this class covers a broad spectrum of material from white all the way through to black belt.

  • Advanced Class

    The advanced class focuses on techniques and forms from the brown and black belt material.

  • Private Lessons

    One-on-one lessons with the instructor covering needed material for the next belt promotion, or tailored material per requests.

  • Physical Fitness Classes
